You can apply for new memberships to the unions under our General Secretariat within the framework of the issues stated below.

Membership applications, which are requested to be made by Customs Consultant companies by proxy, will be made via the link https://yanimda.itkib.org.tr.

After creating your registration in the system in question, you can apply for membership by proxy.

Membership applications to be made by the company will be made via the link https://uyelik.itkib.org.tr.

Important warning:

During the membership application phase, the membership form and the letter of undertaking sent to the specified e-mail address must be printed out, wet stamped and signed, scanned together with other attachments and uploaded to the system via the link sent to your e-mail address.
Following the completion of the membership process, in order to avoid any problems regarding your membership, the documents you have uploaded to the system (membership form and Letter of Commitment with wet signature and stamp) shall be sent to İTKİB General Secretariat Yenibosna Merkez Mahallesi, Sanayi Cad. No:3 Foreign Trade Complex B Block P.K. It must be sent by mail or courier to the address 34197 Bahçelievler/İstanbul.
